Remain consistent with corporate objectives while providing technical and administrative directives. Will develop cost estimates, cash flows for project bids, schedules, and equipment utilization and attend pre-bid meetings, answering/clarifying questions from owners/clients during the bid phase. Assists with and prepares bidding documents.Requirements:Ideal candidates have HCSS HeavyBid. Ideal candidate has a BA or BS in Civil Engineering or Construction equivalent. 5+ years experience as a Construction Estimator. Familiarity with AutoCAD, and experience using estimating software. Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, and SketchUp is a plus.
