Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Director for the
SKY program to lead a team of licensed therapists supporting youth
in Kentucky's child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
Key Responsibilities
Navigate and influence cross-functional teams in a complex work
environment
Coordinate physical and behavioral health care and develop market
strategies
Act as a liaison with community resources and manage cross-segment
projects
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Kentucky
Must have Kentucky Independent Behavioral Health licensure
3+ years of experience with multisystem engaged youth services
3+ years of people leadership experience
Master's degree in Social Work or a related Behavioral Health
field
