This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, encompassing special projects, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives.The Opportunity:

• Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex, global calendars and coordinating meetings.
• Oversee team meetings: prepare materials, manage logistics, take detailed notes and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate logistics for team on-sites, off-sites, and leadership meetings.
• Plan and execute international and domestic travel itineraries.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and leadership team.
• Lead special projects from concept to execution.
• Foster strong relationships with senior leaders and the broader EA community.
• Drive operational alignment and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communications.
• Provide backup administrative support to other senior executives as needed.How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
