Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Operations to oversee
operations and supply chain strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop logistics, customer service, and co-manufacturing
activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and
operational efficiencies
Analyze supply chain layout and recommend solutions to improve
costs and support growth
Required Qualifications
12-15 years of experience in a relevant role within the beverage or
CPG industry
Experience managing multiple co-pack/repack partners in the food
and beverage sector
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
